What information do we collect?
There are two main categories of information we collect:
1. Device Information:
This includes basic details about your phone or device, such as its operating system, type, and a unique identifier. This helps us ensure the app functions smoothly across different devices.
2. Usage Data:
We track how you interact with the Fayda app to improve its functionality and user experience. This anonymous data might include things such as which features you use the most and any technical issues you encounter. We do not collect any information that personally identifies you.
• While creating a user profile for the Fayda mobile application, we will collect your FCN/FAN, full name (in English and Amharic), phone number, and email address.

We never share your personal data.

How do we store and protect your information?
Your data is stored on highly secure servers. We also keep some data on your device for offline functionality. All sensitive data is encrypted during storage and transmission. We also conduct regular security audits to ensure the highest level of protection.
• When you delete your Fayda user profile, your account will be removed. However, this deletion will not affect the demographic data stored in our system.
• The app will not provide direct access to or allow editing of the data stored in our servers.
